I tried to cancel online and your website kept bumping me out. I had knee and bunion surgery and the airline changed our flight to go thru Amsterdam for 5 hrs. and I couldn't sit that long with my knee. I wasn't bringing crutches.

You still tried to charge my room when I tried to cancel! We could not get to Nice in a timely manner to stay! I tried to get on your website to cancel but it wouldn't let me even put my name in to cancel!
