la gentillesse et la disponibilité des femmes de chambres, des hôtesses d'accueil à la réception
le fait de prévenir le résident de la chambre de toute visite
la télévision dans la chambre et la présence d'un mini-bar

l'absence de désodorisant d'intérieur dans la chambre car malgré l'entretien journalier effectué une odeur de cigarette revenait sans cesse.
l'absence de pancarte à appliquer sur la porte d'entrée de la chambre afin de ne pas être déranger
la présence de bruit par des enfants au 5ème étage
la mauvaise isolation sonore des murs et du plancher |
| afin de conserver cet esprit "fédéral" qu'inspire ces lieux il serait bon de mettre une couleur autre que la couleur blanche sur les murs (sauf les chambres) |

we felt at home in Batignolle, it is a very original district of Paris, and the bus 66 direction Opera and 54 from/to Gaqre du Nord were perfect. |
we expected twinbeds but it turned to be a grands lit. The room was too small for two persons. |
| It was very quiet in the hotel with practically no noise from outside,, but we would have preferrede the room on the front as I had in 2002 |

One of the receptionists was lovely and very helpful. |
We asked for a room for three and got a tiny room, which was meant for two. In order to accommodate the three of us, they had squeezed an old and broken camp bed into the tiny room. Leaving hardly any space to move around. I've included a picture, albeit not a good one.
