Calme du lieu. Proximit� Gare de Lyon.

Propr�t� imparfaite. Pas de poubelle dans la chambre. Toilettes au palier avec manque de papier.

Not too far from Gare de Lyon. Street is more or less quiet.

Breakfast is NOT included. Price for it is far to high. Nobody works on Fryday, so no cleaning of the room. Very small rooms. You can hear everybody walking up the stairs.
