The detached Provençal villas come in two types a 6 pers. (FR-83630-22) and an 8-pers. variant (FR-83630-28). Both villas are tastefully furnished and have a lovely garden of at least 700 m2. Through the sliding door in the living room you reach the terrace with garden furniture. There is space to park a car at the villa. The rental cost includes 350 kWh of energy. Use above this amount must be paid for on site.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is required to rent for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 8.50 EUR p.p./change.
- Kitchen linen is available for an additional cost of 5 EUR/stay.

- The rental cost includes 350 kWh of electricity. Use above this amount must be paid for on site.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 4.30 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
