A mythical hotel in the heart of Saint Rémy de Provence, facing the church Saint Martin.

It is in this old post relay that in 1863, Charles Gounod has written one of his most well known opera's : Mireille.

A tea romm called "En attendant Gounod". A comfortable, calm and refined room open to the public daily between 7am to 7pm.

We use quality local goods and serve home made cakes, fresh fruit cocktails, giant ice cream and "tartines provençales" in the season.
