In the heart of Minervois area famous for its wines, the village of Félines Minervois is near few hiking paths et biking trails. Cottage of 180 m², built with stones, with a large raised, flowery and enclosed garden of 600m² with its private small secured swimming pool, between Carcassonne and Minerve, for 8 persons but ideal for 6 persons.

On the ground floor, a spacious room with a large fireplace and a dining room, 1 double bedroom, a fitted and independent kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 separates toilet.
On the 1st floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds, 1 nice and large shower room and 1 separate toilet.

Small swimming pool (5 m/4 m) equipped with a pool alarm, at a unique depth of 1,2 m and open from mid April to end of October.

Views on the countryside and on the surrounding hills.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is per packet available for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p./stay.
