Holiday house "Avenue Palmiers" is situated outside of the resort, in a quiet position, on top of a hill, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea, from the beach.

This is a 5-room house for 8 persons on 2 levels. There are living/dining room, 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. There are American fridge, deep fryer and grill integrated in the kitchen. Compulsory cleaning 6 hours/week (extra cleaning is EUR 13/hour, to be reserved in advance)

Private: garden 1'700 m2 (fenced) with plants, swimming pool fenced (12 x 5 m, depth 70 - 200 cm, 01.06.-30.09.) with alarm. There is a pool house with fridge and shower.

Nearest shops and restaurants are 2 km away, sandy beach 500 m. Nightclub/disco 800 m from the property.

- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 1500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Final cleaning and laundry (initial supply) is included in the rental price.
