- Renovated villa, with a view of the sea, is situated 100 m from a fantastic beach in a pleasant Breton village. Heated (to be payed) enclosed private swimming pool (open from 01-06 till 30-09) with elec. cover. Sailing school and kid`s club on the beach, mooring for boats.
- Situated 300 m from the beach, a comfortable, modern villa. Attractive holiday villa, with plenty of kid`s activities, in a typical Breton town, close to St. Malo (15km) and Mont St Michel.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
-Please note that bed, kitchen linen (? 7 p.p.) and towels (? 3 p.p) are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property.
