Ideally located with a panoramic view over valley Touques but also a short distance from the popular place Deaville. Known for its beaches. horse sports and shopping. this city forms the touristic center of Low Normandie.De spacious private garden of 576 m2 offers spacious privacy.Causy seats are designed to enjoy the panoramic views and there is plenty playground for the kids. The direct area offers plenty of possibilities: Several hiking trails and bike paths are directly accessible from the domain. (Bikes can be borrowed from the owner). but also hiking and horseback riding is a popular activity in the immediate envirement.NB The accomodation is located on the same domain as the owners house. Only linked with a roof. beside that completely independent of each other.The gardens are divided by a fence and bounches.The domain is protected by an electric gate and there is ample parking for several cars.
