The house is located in Guengat, 6 km from Locronan.

There are private grounds pf 2'500 m2 with lawn, flowers and trees. The terrace is 40 m2, has a south-facing position, and includes garden furniture, and a barbecue. There is also a private garage where you can park your car.

- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 8 euros.
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 4 euros.

  It is a 5-room house of 100 m2 on 2 levels. The living/dining room is 30 m2, has a TV, and exit to the garden. Furthermore, there is electric heating. The house has parquet and double glazing. One bedroom has 1 double bed. The kitchen includes 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, and a micro wave. In addition, there is a dining table, and a separate toilet. The upper floor has 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed. One room with sloping ceilings has 1 bed. The bathroom has a bath/shower, and separate toilet. Extra available facilities are a barbecue and washing machine. Please not that 1 pet/dog is allowed to bring.
