But it didn't sacrifice the authenticity of this Farm: antique furniture. traditional renovation materials. chimney. walls and stone steps'Located in a valley with a small river (the Thue). surrounded by many outbuildings. the Farm has an extensive private garden where you can find a very romantic pond.The area will satisfy the most diverse tastes: historic castles and cities. the landing beaches (Memorial de Caen). water sports. horse riding. hiking?A cold meal waiting for you on the evening of your arrival if you order one week in advance for a small fee.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
- A package of bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels is required to rent for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p/stay
- If the tenant's stay is longer than one week linen package will be charged on a weekly basis.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 5 EUR/night (Apr-Sep) and 14 EUR/night (Oct-Mar) is not included in the room rate.

- There is optional extra cleaning for an additional fee of 15 EUR/hour

- For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
