La Gnossiene is a detached village farmhouse in typical Normandy style, on the edge of the village Ménil-Vin.

The house features an authentic original beamed ceiling, fireplace and an outside stone staircase. Furthermore the house has a large south facing garden with lawn and fruit trees.

Two interconnecting bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, as well as the washing machine. The first floor features a living room with TV, fireplace and DVD player, a dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The guests can explore the surroundings on foot or by bike. The lake of Rabodanges is 10 minutes away. There are two golf courses within a half hour drive. The guests can also enjoy canoeing on the river Orne.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
