A simple. modernized cottage on a nice location.The cottage is situated in the backyard of the French couple who run this holiday location. but is shielded by a fence and bushes.A private garden with a BBQ and terrace are created for guests.Privacy is absolutely guaranteed. Using a secure gateway you come right out on the boulevard of Luc Sur Mer. A few meters away you will find the Casino. the beach and cozy cafes and restaurants. There is about 100 meters of the house a surf school. where surfboards can be rented and you can get of course also teaches in several watersports. The tourist office is a short walk away. They like to give advice for trips or activities in the area. The region offers many cultural and sporting activities. Cars can be parked on the secure public car park opposite the holidayhouse. This parking is for free.
