The sea and beach are only 10 km away in Dinard, or maybe the forests of Coetquen, 20 km away? It is also possible to visit the Anglo-Norman islands of Jersey and Guernesey.

The furnishing of the residence is comfortable. The old aspects have been retained during restoration and combined with modern comforts. In front of the house there is a courtyard and at the back there is a large garden at 1200 m2.

Children have a great deal of space to play ball or other games. And you have enough room left over to enjoy the French wines.
