This is a 5-room terraced house 130 m2 on 3 levels. The living/dining room has an open fireplace, TV and DVD player with DVD collection. The house also comes with electric heating, a washing machine and a covered, furnished terrace.

The bathroom and WC are separate, whike one of the bedrooms has a decorative fireplace.

Please note that a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed.

Rivière sur Tarn is 25 km from Séverac le Château. It's a stone terraced house with private: grounds 500 m2. Parking is available in the grounds. Shop are 8 km away and restaurants 8 km.
