Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p/change.
- Kitchen linen is available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p/stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.35 EUR/kWh (Sep-Jun) is not included in the room rate.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
