A beautiful nature stone middle floor house (50m2). in the area Combourg. 25km from St-Malo. completely renovated in June 2003.Lovely country house with all the necessary comfort. There is much to do in the neighbourhood (Golf des Ormes within 5 min.. horse riding 15 min.. water sports 20 min.).

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Bed linen and kitchen linen are included in the price.
- Bath towels are not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.
