This house is built in 2005 and is situated in a 2.5 ha park. 4000 m2 of the park is fenced and reserved for guests villa Mas Coucourelle. There is an outdoor swimming pool with built-in steps, ( 15 x 5 m, depth 150 cm), opened from 15.03 to 11.11. The poolhouse has a shower with a separate toilet. The pool has also an electric cover. It is possible to play table tennis. In the house there is air conditioning and an alarm. A house maid is available on request for an additional cost. There is private parking in the grounds.

In the house you will find facilities like satellite-TV, DVD, wireless internet, air conditioning, dryer, safe and a washing machine. The open living/dining room has exit to the swimming pool and to the partly covered terrace of 400 m2 with terrace furniture, gas barbecue and deck chairs. You are allowed to bring max. 1 dog with you.

Within 2 km you can find several shops and restaurants. Please note that a car is essential. You have access to the house via an electric gate. There is a house by the entrance to the park which is occupied by the caretakers.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
