The pool house provides access to a climatised room including French bed via a spiral staircase. The play room has a soccer table, American billiards and training equipment (cross trainer, treadmill, etc.).

The house is from the 19th century, 400 m from the centre. Private: grounds 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 01.04.-30.09.) with built-in steps. Pool house with fridge, shower, WC and hot plates, boules, terrace (80 m2), fireplace.

In the house has central heating, air conditioning and parking in the grounds. Shop, restaurant 400 m. Tennis 400 m. Electric gate. The pool house has an oven and a microwave.
