Description
The holiday home Stankenn is situated in Plouhinec. Charming, cosy and close to the centre of the town and the beach. A visit to the protected nature area Cap Sizun is a must. This is an ideal surrounding for fishing and to explore Bretagne. You have to see: the harbour of Douarnenez, the mediaeval centre of Quimper, het 'Ile Sein' en het 'Pointe du Raz'.
This holiday home features a living room, dinning room with TV and a kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, in the ground floor. On the first floor are located three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine and tumble dryer.
The guests can relax at the garden and use the barbeque facilities in the patio. |

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests needs to bring their own.
- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,20 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 15 EUR/night (Jan-May), 10 EUR/night (Jun-Sep) and 15 EUR/night (Oct-Dec) is not included in the room rate.
