Description
This group of 2 houses in the same grounds are located in La Bernerie en Retz, which is 6 km from Pornic. There is direct access to the sea, and farm estate which is renovated in 2008.
The resort is 50 m from the sea, and 50 m from the beach. In addition, the shopping centre is 500 m, and a 18-hole golf course is 10 km away from the accommodation.
There are private, fenced grounds of 500m2 with plants and flowers. Furthermore, there is public parking. |

- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 700 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 15 euros per person.

It is a 5-room terraced house on 2 levels. The house is renovated in 2008, comfortable and stylish furnishings.
There is a small lounge, with an exit to the patio.
One bedroom has one bed and hand-basin, including an exit to the garden. The second bedroom has 1 double bed (160 cm), and a hand-basin, including an exit to the garden. In addition, there is a dining room with an exit to the garden.
The open kitchen includes 4 hotplates, dishwasher, and micro wave, and has an exit to the terrace. The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet.
The upper floor has an alcove with skylight with 1 double sofa bed and TV. Furthermore, there is 1 room with sloping ceilings with skylight with 1 bed and 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The accommodation includes 2 small terraces, a large garden, terrace furniture, and a portable barbecue. You can overlook the sea.
A washing machine is also available in the house. Please note that maximum 1 small pet/ dog is allowed. The TV only has French channels.
The second house has a living room with double sofa bed and TV. The open plan kitchen includes 4 hot plates, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, shower, and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed 160 cm and door to the garden. There is also a shower and toilet, and a small veranda. Furthermore, there is also a washing machine available.
Both houses have internet access and direct access to the sea.
