Hôtel Hostellerie Le Castellas Collias
Located between the Pont du Gard and Uzès, a hotel with unusual charm where peace of mind is at the top of the agenda. In the heart of the village of Collias, several 17th century residences surrounding a patio conceal poetic universes. Ochre and sepia tones, forged iron beds, traditional style baths. Under the beams, each room reveals the soul of an artist: art déco, art nouveau or the more eccentric Seventies style. Impressionist garden, small swimming pool inspired by Roman baths, terrace under wisteria. The outer buildings awake the senses as does the outstanding cooking of the Chef, Jérôme Nutile.
