Our hotel is ideally situated in the center of Nice, just a 10 minute drive from the airport and a few minutes stroll from the historic town center and flower market. World-class shopping is literally around the corner. The beach promenade and train station are within easy walking distance. Public park house opposite the hotel.

On the traces of the tales of Andersen
Hans Christian Andersen, the Danish fairy tale storyteller, has not only left indelible traces on the Danish culture and with his compatriots, but also here in our hotel. The charm particular to Andersen´s tales has been taken over by the interior design of our hotel. Through its sedated colors, the interior atmosphere becomes a quiescent pole to the hectic, outside world.
As a storyteller, Andersen became known for his humor, his originality and his ability to combine the strange and wondrous with normality, dreams with reality and thus to draw children as well as adults under his spell.
Inspired by one of the most famous tales of Hans Christian Andersen, the hotel is named after The Little Mermaid.

Niché au 8 Rue Maccarani, cet hôtel familial de 3*** est conçu dans un quartier calme et tranquille du centre ville de Nice. La Petite Sirène jouit d’une bonne situation géographique ; il se trouve en effet à 4 km de l’aéroport, à 200m de la plage, à 3mn de la zone piétonne, à 5mn de la vieille ville et du marché aux fleurs, à 10mn de la gare et un centre commercial se trouve tout près de l’hôtel ; vous y trouverez un grand choix pour vos shoppings. De plus, un parking à étages se situe en face de l’hôtel.
La Petite Sirène est marquée par les ouvrages du célèbre conteur danois du 19e siècle Hans Christian Andersen, ce qui fait régner une ambiance des plus singulières à l’hôtel et ce, en particulier, grâce aux couleurs gaies. La maison vous assure un séjour confortable dans un décor raffinée et une ambiance intimiste.
L’hôtel dispose de 15 chambres lumineuses, confortables et bien aménagées. En effet, elles sont équipées d´un téléphone, d´un frigidaire, d’un minibar, d’un téléviseur, d’une climatisation, d’une douche et de WC. Certaines chambres ont une terrasse ; c’est à vous de choisir entre des chambres avec grand lit ou avec lits séparés. Le calme sera au rendez-vous et ce parce que les chambres donnent sur une rue tranquille et peu fréquentée. Vous pouvez avoir un lit pour bébé sur simple demande.
