Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.The house is only reachable by 4 wheel drive for the months of November and December.

A security deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable max 14 days later and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.
Price for electricity: EUR 0.24/kWh. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
