The residence has 60 studios on three floors. Studios all have telephone, satelitte television, free wifi, balcony and bathroom with shower toilet.
The residence is located downtown near the pedestrian.
The thermal spa is connected with the Residence by elevator and conceived to offer you a maximum of well-being. During your stay, you will appreciate.
At your disposal also, the hotel Miradour, neighbor with a bar, a restaurant with a "bistrot" service in midday.
Thermal baths
Located within the complex, the thermal baths were designed for maximum comfort. They are accessible via a lift. You can follow a traditional 21 days course of rheumatologic or vascular treatments. However, if you want to get improve your well-being, a one week stay is also possible.

The Residence "Miradour" is an ideal base for exploring this region, which is full of interesting sites and traditions. The resorts on the Côte d'Argent, the Landes forest, the Basque country, Lourdes and Spain are all within easy reach of Dax. You can explore these places on your own or join of organized excursions.
Thanks to a privileged surrounding you can go see the Ocean and the Landes beaches (about 30 km away) or the Bask coast (Biarritz 50 km away) practice your favorite sports (golf, horse riding, hiking, surfing...) or stroll in the streets in search of the local heritage.
