The hotel reception is open from 17:00 daily.

Guests using the baggage service will have access to their luggage prior to 10:50 or after 17:00.

Please inform the hotel before 19:00 if you plan to arrive after 20:30. Please be aware that there is no night porter.

For the car park a EUR 50 deposit is required.

The hotel does not accept cheques as a method of payment.

Payment is made at the hotel. Guests will not be charged prior to arrival.
