Résidence Grand Bleu Vacances - L'Oliveraie is located between Lattes and Montpellier, just a 10-minute drive from the beach. The nearest tram stop is just 1.5 km away.

A kitchenette with hot-plates, a fridge and a microwave is included in each studio and apartment at L'Oliveraie. A toaster and facilities for making hot drinks are available and some apartments offer Wi-Fi internet access and a private, furnished balcony.

Breakfast is served every day, upon reservation. Additional facilities at Grand Bleu Vacances include bicycle storage and a launderette.

For guests with a car, private parking is free on site and the residence can be accessed from the A9 motorway. Montpellier Train Station is 4.5 km away.

For stays of 7 nights or more the following are included in the rate: bed linen, towels, TV, and beds made upon arrival. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

A security deposit of EUR 300 by credit card is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
