Surrounded by a stunning natural reserve, Résidence Jamaïca is set in private 12-hectare park 1500 metres from the beach. It sits between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains.
CELA Canet offers apartments from 25 to 75 m² distributed among small buildings with colorful facades, in a village surrounded by exotic Mediterranean trees.
Each apartment has a parking space and a balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens or swimming pools and are fully-equipped, comfortable and stylish.
They feature bright living rooms with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette, bathroom with bath or shower and separate toilet. Some apartments have a mezzanine.
CELA Canet boasts a large sporting infrastructure. It includes 6 swimming pools, 1 childrens pool, tennis and squash courts, ping-pong tables, basketball and volleyball courts and a petanque area. There is also a childrens club during summer holiday season.
Restaurants
The Residence Jamaica also boasts three restaurants; Le restaurant Malibu, which features Mediterranean Cuisine and Catalan specialties, Le Safari Joe?s, which offers South African cuisine and Le Snack du Blue Gin Bar, open during the summer months.
Important
There is a transfer shuttle Cela that runs to and from the resort and the Perpignan train station, the airport, downtown and Canet/Alenya. It is available from 09:00 to 19:00 and can accommodate 2 to 6 people and luggage. Booking can be done by phone, mail or e-mail, and depends on availability.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.30 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
80 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.57 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
