Reception opening hours: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. It is closed on Thursday and Sunday afternoon from September.

For reservation with spa access included, guests have a 1-hour access per day to the spa facilities: hammam, hot tub and fitness room.

Pets are allowed upon request and at an extra cost of EUR 8 per day or EUR 45 per week.
