- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

The 1-room house has an area of 29 m2 on 2 levels. Offering, for your convenience, a 22 square meter terrace with terrace furniture.
On the upper floor through steep stairs there is an open gallery with sloping ceilings and 1 double bed. There is electric heating.
The living/dining room includes 1 double sofa bed and a flat screen TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes 4 hotplates, a mini-oven and a micro wave.
In the house there is a washing machine and reserved parking space n 202. Please note that you are allowed to bring a maximum of 1 pet/ dog.
