This Résidence Pierre & Vacances is located just 300 meters from the beach and features a heated outdoor pool. It offers apartments with private loggias with views of the Brittany coast.

The apartments at the Résidence Le Phare De Trescadec all come with an equipped kitchenette and a dishwasher. Each also has a lounge and dining area.

Guests of the Pierre & Vacances Le Phare de Trescadec can easily visit Audierne's yacht port, which has several cafés, bars and restaurants.

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.

Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check?out service is until 18:00.

A EUR 200 security deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival. You may pay by cheque or credit card and will be refunded following an inventory upon departure.

Please note that for weekly stays, the room rate includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, TV, a cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen).

Closed on Wednesdays in April and in October.


For stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.
