Résidence Saskia Falaise is located in Avoriaz 1800 ski resort, with direct access to the slopes. It features apartments with private balconies and panoramic views of the Morzine Valley.

The apartments at Saskia Falaise have a fully equipped kitchen, including cooking facilities, a microwave and a dishwasher. Each has a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

La Falaise residence has a restaurant, which serves traditional French cuisine, and guests can enjoy a drink in the bar. Facilities include a children's club and a 24-hour reception.

During winter months, there is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and bread and pastries delivery service is available at the reception.

Saskia Falaise is situated near the Swiss border, in France?s Haute Savoie region. It is approximately 40 km from Lake Geneva.

L'Aquariaz Mountain Spa is located nearby and offers over 2000m² of swimming pools and slides. There is also a climbing wall, outdoor hot tub with valley views and a gentle flowing river.

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:

? Take the A40 towards Chamonix, come off at Cluses (Exit N°18), then to Taninges via the D902, then head for Les Gets and Morzine ? Avoriaz (Distance from Morzine to Avoriaz is ca. 15km). When you arrive: Avoriaz is a car-free resort. Car parks are available at the resort.

A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.

Reception opening hours from 12/12/2014 until 26/04/2015: 24 hours every day. The reception is located at the Saskia Falaise building.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

From 12/12/2014 until 26/04/2015: prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, sheets, towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left in the apartment), end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up).

For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00).

For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an extra cost. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 pushchair, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
