Located in the resort of Avoriaz, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, this residence offers ski to door access and self-catering apartments with a balcony or terrace. It is located 2 km from Avoriaz Golf Club.
The south-facing apartments at Pierre & Vacances Le Sépia are simply furnished and offer an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area. Each apartment has a TV and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
There is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and bread and pastries delivery service is available at the reception.
The resort?s shopping area is located 300 metres from the residence. Cluses Train Station is 36 km away.
L'Aquariaz Mountain Spa is located nearby and offers over 2000m² of swimming pools and slides. There is also a climbing wall, outdoor hot tub with valley views and a gentle-flowing river. |

Every day: 24 hours.
Room rates include:
Bed sheets, housekeeping on departure;
Cleaning (except the kitchen area and dishes), cleaning kit;
Weekly quantities of the following: dishwasher detergent (or washing up liquid), scouring cream, detergent, double-faced sponge, dishcloth.
For short stays of 2 to 6 nights the following are included: beds are made up on arrival. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 17:00.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost of EUR 40. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 stroller, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability.
A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.
Unlimited, broadband internet access is available at the reception and modems can be rented from the property.  | |
