Located beside Gulf of Morbihan and a 5-minute drive from the beach, Studio Sunset is decorated with paintings and pictures representing Marilyn Monroe. The garden features a shared and heated swimming pool and a private terrace.

A flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a radio and free Wi-Fi access are provided. BBQ facilities are also available and the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

A continental breakfast can be delivered to the studio every morning, upon request. The kitchen provides a stove, an oven and a microwave, and you can enjoy your home-cooked meals on the terrace or in the dining area.

The city of Vannes is 22 km from the studio. It is located a 15-minute drive from Kerver Golf Club and there is a free, private car park on site.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay has to be sent to the owner by cheque/bank transfer/cheques vacances at the time of booking.

Please note that a EUR 250 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay.

You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
