Castagniers : Castagniers Tourism

La famille Spinelli est propriétaire de ce moulin moderne en chaîne continue qui produit de l'huile d'olive, des olives salées, de la tapenade et de la pâte d'olive. Il est ouvert au public en période de ramassage des olives, de novembre à mars, du lundi au vendredi, sur réservation téléphonique. Dégustation et vente de produits sur place. C'est l'un des derniers moulins de la région encore ouvert au public et fonctionnant de manière artisanale avec un matériel moderne.
