Située en contrebas de la Collégiale, construite au XVIIe siècle, sa façade est austère et sans grand intérêt architectural du fait que les Pénitents Blancs y avaient comme mission de donner les soins aux malades en fin de vie.

Elle contient néanmoins un admirable retable baroque dont le cadre est en bois sculpté polychrome et dont le tableau central représente l'Annonciation. Des fresques du XV° siècle recouvrent l'ancien oratoire.
