Ouverte les mardis et vendredis de 15h à 17h. Cette église était au XIIIe siècle une simple chapelle qui fut agrandie au XVe et embellie au XVIIIe par ses habitants qui lui donnèrent alors un style baroque. A l'intérieur, une copie du Jugement Dernier de Michel Ange (Chapelle Sixtine à Rome), une pietà et une Crucifixion du peintre local Marc-Antoine Otto. Une Vierge du XIXe siècle, connue sous le vocable de Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, évoque une coutume solidement ancrée à Roquebrune. En mémoire d'un vœu prononcé en 1467 pendant une épidémie de peste et demandant à la Vierge d'accorder sa protection à la ville, la statue de la Vierge de Roquebrune est portée chaque année, au cours de la procession de la Passion, de l'église Sainte-Marguerite à la chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Pausa. Au cimetière se trouve la tombe de l'architecte Le Corbusier, dessinée par lui-même. On dit qu'il s'est noyé au cours d'une promenade en mer en 1963.
