Accueil / garde des bagages toute la dernière journée même après avoir libéré la chambre. |
nettoyage sommaire à notre arrivée (il restait par exemple une serviette en papier sous un des lits).
Le café le premier jour n'était pas bon mais le second c'était nickel.(Le petit déjeuner est peut-être un peu cher...) |

The reception staff were very helpful and very welcoming. |
The room was particularly small, the bathroom shutter was broken and didn't stay closed unless locked from the inside. The cleaning staff were a little patronising. |

| Cela fait environ 15 ans que je fréquente le Grand Hôtel de Paris quand je vais en France.
Et je suis toujours aussi satisfaite. |

Seldom little. |
The rudeness of staff, the inability for the wireless internet to connect in rooms on the 2nd floor let alone the 8th meaning the need to use the laptop in the cold stairwell. Building works starting at 8 every morning resulting in early wake ups on a hopeful romantic holiday. The list goes on. |
| If I had a greater grasping of the French language I would have happily not paid, due to the fact that our stay was so atrocious and as a journalist I will be voicing this opinion shortly. |
