Friendliness of staff; all speak English; good cleaning of bathroom daily. The room appeared to be non-smoking (there were warnings about the danger of smoking in that room). The tv. The floor I was on was relatively quiet. Situation near Gare de l'Est. |
Floor of room was not clean. Poor ventilation, I had to leave the window open, which meant letting in the noise from the street. Room didn't have any fire escape and was situated such that in case of fire in the hotel, I would be trapped. Poor bedding. The pigeons on my window ledge. |
| Staying in Paris is expensive and given the price of my stay and the quality of the room and the service, I am overall pleased. |

réceptionniste à mis mis 30 min pour trouver ma reservation, pas de vrai lit, lit gonflable tres inconfortable, le nom de l'hotel est juste inscrit sur la porte d'entrée, le panneau indique un autre nom |
