I booked a double room, and was given a twin bed room. Extremely nosy neighbour ruined chances of a good night's sleep. |
| The stay at your hotel was disappointing, and I will not recommend it to others. I had booked a double room, but was given a twin bed room. I was not even informed about this until I entered the room myself. When the receptionist was approached regarding the failure to deliver what I had booked, he apologised, but also made an inappopriate remark to my girlfriend and offered no compensation regarding the room. In my booking details I specifically asked for a quiet room. Instead I was given a room next to a guest who at 3.30 in the night used an extremely noisy machine for unknown purposes. This continued until I went to see what was going on, and asked the guest to quiet down. In response to this, the receptionist who came running up the stairs asked me to let him handle things. The whole event, including the bad room, left me upset and I had difficulties going back to sleep. Although it's difficult for your hotel to avoid these kinds of guests, it added to the sum of a bad experience with your hotel. |

La proximité de Montmartre à pied ainsi que de la place Clichy (lignes de métro). La propreté et la qualité de la rénovation de la chambre (qui est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et bien meublée) |
l'étroitesse de l'ascenseur qui aurait pu nous poser des problèmes si nous étions un peu "enrobés"...(impossible de faire passer 2 personnes de corpulence normale avec plus d'une valise) |

Le gérant a accepté de me changer de chambre au bout de deux nuits car celle que j'avais donné sur l'une rue bruyante. |
Les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes. |

Perfect location to explore the city. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean room and bath. No breakfast but tea and coffee for free. |
