le moment de régler la facture car le propriétaire ne voulait pas que l'on paie par cheques vacances alors que c'était bien préciser sur le site. C'est d'ailleurs pour cela que j'ai choisi cet hôtel plus qu'un autre !!! patron agressif qui nous fait un peu peur, pour finalement accepter d'encaisser les CV contre une "taxe" de 15 euros !!! |

The freiendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the room. Our stay was very comfortable. |
The toilet seat in our room is cracked. A bit uncomfortable to sit on but not a big problem. |

Bon accueil. Chambre calme. Personnel très agréable. La situation de l'hotel pour visiter Paris. |
Nous sommes restés 5 nuits, et le nettoyage de la chambre était fait en fin d'après-midi, entre 17 heures et 18 heures, ce qui nous a obligé à sortir pour que celui-ci soit effectué. |

Samire was a great host! He welcomed my friend and me, gave us terrific directions and suggestions for exploring Paris. He offered to provide wake-up calls if we needed and also provided a free bottle of water for our stay. |

Cleanliness, Samir is a complete gentleman. |
Lack of amenities, obsession with turning off the lights, turning off the air conditioning, NOISE. |
| Offer tissues and hand towels, and stop obsessing with turning off the lights. An employee entered our room when we were out for a brief period of time (a pastry break of perhaps 45 minutes), turned off the lights and air conditioning, and then sternly lectured us to turn off the lights. Very unnecessary and unprofessional. |
