The lobby |
The poor quality of the bathroom (ie shower with no shower curtain etc so bathroom became flooded when showering) and the fact each room did not have its own remote control for the a/c. Breakfast was very limited. |

Excellent location; very quiet; lovely bathroom with bathtub; helpful, pleasant desk staff. The lobby is beautiful. |
Room decor was unappealing for the price: outdated and getting just a little shabby; carpet clashed with the wall coverings, drapes, and bedspread. |
| If they redid the rooms to echo the colors and medieval motifs of the lobby, they'd see their ratings soar. |
