The room and bathroom were well appointed. |
The hotel was let down by the breakfast service. The quality of the food was inferior, there was insufficient and the service provided by the staff was very poor and unhelpful. |
| We did not expect a hotel of this standard to provide a breakfast service more in line with that of a cheap 'package' hotel. It was a great disappointment and discouraged us from taking dinner in the restaurant. |

Room was spacious and well-equipped. Hotel was very tastefully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful, very welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was good value and tasty. |
It was difficult to contain the water in the bathtub when showering. A securely-mounted shower head and full shower curtain or glass enclosure would be more efficient. |
| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Menton. It is a beautiful town, very relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay at your hotel again if we ever return to the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay. |

La gentillesse du personnel. La propreté. Le confort de la chambre et le jardin. |
D'être réveillée dès potron minet par le camion de livraison du Carrefour Market situé en face ! Quelques petites dégradations (persiennes qui ne s'accrochent pas, morceau du mur cassé près des persiennes et non réparé. |

La petitesse de la chambre 408 et des bruits de pas martelant le sol au moment du coucher et du réveil sans que l'on sache d'où cela vienne!!! |

| Les jeunes serveurs du restaurant travaillent très bien et sont plein de bonne volonté, serviables, souriants. Il faut simplement les "former" un peu plus au langage utilisé ("au niveau de", "pas de souci" et autres expressions populaires à éviter; ne pas parler du client lorsque celui-ci entend) et à une connaissance élémentaires des vins. |
