Gentillesse du personnel et de la réception en particulier |
Aucun chauffage ! Une seule petite couverture (constaté à 22h, pas de réclamation effectuée)
Demande faite vers 20h à la réception, vers 20h30, réponse (attendue) je vous ai cherché un technicien pour vous fournir un chauffage d'appoint électrique, ce sera fait demain matin.
Chauffage d'appoint mis en service vers 8h30.
Salle de bain, un seul jeu de serviette (nous sommes deux), pas de savon. |
| A mon départ j'ai demandé à être entendu par la direction, réponse: réunion.
Il m'a été accordée une réduction (non sollicitée) parking+petits déjeuners |

The hotel itself,quiet with all facilities. Easy accesable with airport shuttle close to the hotel, short distance to the shore, cafées, shopping -and if you like short distance to Cannes, Nice Antibes etc.
And a good starting point for daily trips to the mountains, if you like

...just a bagatelle;-the lift/ elevator is not build for normal grown Norwegians with luggage (one of the smallest hotel-lifts ever seen). But it managed,-and it's good for the health to use the stairways.
And salami was missed for breakfast;-scandinavians like heavy breakfat end easy lunch. But when in France....... |
| Ver kind and helpful staff. We have to wait until late afternoon to be picked up by friends due to problems on their way from Italy. The luggage was kept safe and seccure with a smile from the reception,-and we were offered the room free untill 15.00 o'clock. The same friendliness at breakfast;-coffée was made very hot and black to our wish.
We travel a lot in business an holidays;-nice details are important |

L'accueil et le soin apporté par le personnel |
Un client de l'hôtel fumait dans sa chambre et l'odeur venait jusque dans la notre. une odeur de tabac froid très désagréable surtout le matin et avec nos enfants c'était un peu gênant. |

sa situation géographique |
manque de propreté de la salle de bains , aménagement des chambre très froid, pas de mini bar, odeur désagréable d'eau de javel dans la salle de bains et toilettes faisant plus penser à un hopital qu'un hotel |
