Central Stay. Good value. |
Pool still closed. Breakfast at high cost compared to quality and availability. Sometimes at late breakfast time, only coffee and some left over available. Parking good acceptable but hotel accepts that cars are parked in front of parking spots that makes it very difficult to get in and out. Window to the terrace can´t be closed that makes it possible for thefts to get in the apartment. Shower can´t be used because of damaged shower head. |
| Worth the money. You remember your time in a good quality youth hostel. Small breakfast and maily to be used to sleep and starting point for the fabulous activities that are all in walking distance, so you don´t need a car to explore Monaco. |

la liberté de l'accés au spa |
le ménage pas très soigné, le carrelage par endroit déterioré, le chauffage de la sdb qui ne fonctionne pas, la chasse d'eau à regler moi même car elle fuyait.
Le Hammam qui ne fonctionne pas, le jacuzzi trop petit |
| Très bon week end dans cette résidence, expérience à recommander, des efforts à donner coté maintenance. |

the position of hotel and friendliness of staff |
a check needs to be kept on kitchen items crockery and cutlery as these seem to be falling away in number and one or two items are always missing or dont work |
| the lack of internet outside of front desk hours is a serious drawback |
