price/value room with extra bed so we had more space towels every day for a 2 star hotel

giving up the key when leaving the hotel and you didn't ask for passport when coming again. Everybody could have entered the hotel And could have our room key. the taxi ordered to the airport was not An official with taxometer. the guy at reception Ordered it and told us its 35-40 euros. But the taxi Driver wanted to have 45 euros. This was very disappoining At the end of our stay.
