Good room for putting my bike.
Nice personel.
Good breakfast (although 20 euro is not cheap) |
sometimes the used dishes in the breakfastroom were not cleaned up while new people came in. The were no clean tables available. The staff had enough time to do so (clean up and refurnish) but were not in sight. |

Qu'en annulant quelques heures avant, pour cause d'intempéries graves sur la route, la réceptionniste me confirma que si je n'étais pas passé par je ne sais plus quel prestataire, c'est bien volontiers qu'elle aurait annulé ma réservation.
Ca me sert de leçon.

| Quand vous demandez une notation, assurez vous que le client a effectivement passé la nuit là.
Ca évitera de réveiller ce que je considère comme une escroquerie.
En effet, autant on peut considérer qu'en période de grand trafic, l'annulation au dernier moment est une perte, dans mon cas, c'est un superbénéfice de l'hôtelier. |

Friendly receptionist |
Wifi was down (same as last year) when we arrived, but no one told us when it was fixed. Also, hair driers in rooms are expected - if you aren't going to provide them, please tell us. |

reservation information was incorrectly forwarded to le Parc Hotel - Briancon...when we arrived we were informed that they did not have a reservation for us. Upon showing the confirmation from Federal Hotel we discovered that the reservation was incorrectly listed for the following day. In the end it worked out, but had we been later in the day arriving we would not have had a room. |
