The Hotel du Soleil le Parc Hotel is situated in the resort Serre Chevalier 1200 in the Southern Alps, about 100km from Grenoble, Gap et Turin. In an altitude of 1326m in the heart of the Southern Alps Serre Chevalier has 300 days of sunshine per year and so an exceptional climate.
In the heart of the « Briançonnais », close to Gap and 15 km from the Italian border, the Parc Hotel de Serre Chevalier 1200 is an ideal spot for your holidays. Situated in the centre of the town, close to all shops, the hotel is only 300m far away from the gondola lift « Prorel » which brings you up to the ski area.
Our Hotel de Serre Chevalier has 71 spacious rooms, which had been recently renovated in 2014. All of them are comfortable and they offer a great view on the mountain « Prorel » or on the historical city centre.

The historical centre of Briançon, close to Serre Chevalier 1200, is a fortified town. It was classified « Ville d'Art et d'Histoire ». Built by Vauban it is part of the « Fortifications of Vauban » group and classified by the UNESCO as World Heritage.
The ski resort of Serre-Chevalier is with its 250km of piste one of the largest skiing areas in Europe.

But Serre Chevalier in the Southern Alps is not only a ski area. Various animations, (sport) activities and treks attract families. The famous ski resort has the quality label « Famille Plus ».
