Nice location in the inner city of Bordeaux. |
The hotel is located in a pedestrian area. Which is nice. But it is very hard to find the right parking garage. And it is even worse to find the correct location in the garage. There is an exit quite close to the hotel but only locals may know that. |
| The hotel should give directions: which garage and how to drive in that garage to the proper exit. |

Notre chambre n'a été disponible que 70 minutes après l'heure indiquée sur notre réservation, ce qui nous a empêché d'arriver à l'heure à la cérémonie familiale pour laquelle nous étions venus à Bordeaux. |

very professional reception staff who spoke amazing english! Had always time to chat (even though they were obviously very busy at all times.Gave good advice regarding Restaurants etc. |

Perfect location, close to shopping and major sights in lovely Bordeux. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Soft beds. The hole hotel had a very cosy atmosphere. |
Bathrooms could need a makeover. |
| Would book this hotel again for an eventual new visit to Bordeaux. |

Chambre avec grand lit. Nous aurions aimé deux lits séparés et un peu plus comfortable.
La présence de puces de lit signalée par votre personnel après notre première nuit. |
| Pour notre deuxième nuit, nous avons été transféré dans un hôtel de meilleure qualité.
J'espère que votre hôtel après les travaux de rénovation, atteindra ce niveau. |
