La première chambre était vraiment petite: n'était pas spacieuse, comme etait écrit dans la reservation. Pour mes représentations on m'a donné une chambre plus grande. Il y avait du travail en cours de restructuration très bruyant en début d'après midi au quatrième étage de l'hôtel |

On arrival we were great by an excellent girl, so friendly and helpful. Her recommendation for lunch was our best meal of the stay, actually better than Paris food! We were upgraded to a larger room as you were full and that was very special and appreciated. Actually all staff were very friendly and that is a fantastic thing, a great feature, do not loose that as it makes your hotel!! |
Noise from outside early hours, but not that bad saying that, double glazing if pssible would really help |
| We both would thoroughly recommend and we have a holida home in the Dordogne and lik to come to Bordeaux for a couple of days, we will definately book with your hotel again for sure! |
